In 1975, Ed moved to San Francisco, where he both resides and maintains his business office. During his time in California, he has held a number of creative positions on the client side, including Public Relations Writer for Chevron Corporation and Copywriter and Manager of Promotional Communications for Shaklee Corporation.

Ed started his own freelance copywriting business in San Francisco in 1986. Since then, his list of clients has grown steadily to include businesses in many different industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, Ed has learned that listening to client needs and responding with clearly written copy that reflects those needs is the key to making any creative project successful.
